January 2, 2002-Kansas City, MO - Meet Beth Clark and these babies of hers. She is the "boss" in the business she launched one year ago; a business "for family, about family, and by family." ThisBabyofMine.com offers an array of natural mother and baby items, and is run from home by Beth and her five children:

Ashley, 16, is the IT department; Ross, 13, is the warehouse manager; Ben, 11, and Paige, 6, help pack orders and take inventory; and 16 month old Delaney heads up the testing department, giving her seal of approval to items like Teddy Toes®, (the blanket with feet) and Over The Shoulder Baby Holder®, a popular baby sling.

When Clark stumbled upon the Over The Shoulder Baby Holder® online, she fell in love with it and decided to become a distributor to local moms. But with a new baby, getting out was difficult, so she to turned to the internet.

"I had never created a web site before," Clark explains. "But with the help of my son, we designed a functional order form for this one item. All of a sudden, a whole new world opened up! I found so many unusual, natural products for families that we decided to expand."

Beth Clark is not alone. In development for a spring debut are a print catalog as well as an online gift registry for expectant moms," Clark proudly announces.

ThisBabyofMine.com now carries an extensive line of eclectic products including cloth diapers, toys and apparel made from organic cotton or hemp, handprint/footprint kits, nursing apparel and accessories such as handcrafted stools and Bravado® nursing bras, and Robeez® leather footwear.

"One of my goals is to help other work at home moms," Clark says. "That's why, alongside the brand names, customers will find high quality products made by other moms, crafted with care and love in their own homes."
