MOM OF TWINS CELEBRATES BIZ ANNIVERSARY;
ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIPS

September 24, 2001 - Oak Brook, IL - Clicking onto Jennifer Reed's web site (www.rtsweb.net), you would never know she was the stay-at-home mother of 17 month old twins and the owner of a 1 year old website solutions business. Rather, the impression is that of a long-established, corporate entity offering complete solutions for web design, hosting, and administration, as well as custom graphics, storefront integration, and software design & development. Believe it or not, both would be true.

Ms. Reed established RTech Solutions, also known as RTech, in September 2001 after years of experience in computer education and technical management. Having graduated from Lake Forest College in 1994 with a double major BA in Computer Science and Mathematics, she began her career and married in 1995. By late 1999, she was ready for a new direction. "After the birth of my twin girls, I knew going back to work outside of the home would be too difficult for me, yet we needed my income." Ms. Reed explains. After a year of research and development, RTech Solutions was born with an initial focus on web design. Things moved quickly after that.

By May 2001, she was hosting her clients. In July, her web hosting service broke off as RTSHosting.com, and is now completely independent of the web design business. The rapid growth of RTech and her quickly evolving design skills were catching the eye of several complementary businesses, and led to the establishment of strategic partnerships with firms like Premiere Small Business Assistant, Promotion Strategies and The Write Agency. Liz Comeau of The Write Agency remarks, "I was so impressed by Jennifer's talent and professionalism that I knew I had to be associated with RTech. Much later I found out about the twins and I nearly fell off my chair! She obviously balances her work and home life in an admirable way."
